Merry Christmas

Hi guys, I'm here today with my last projects as guest for
I couldn't decide which to use so thought I'd show you two cards I've made using the fabulous products from Tracy's online shop,

I've had this window mask in my stash for ages but when i saw this adorable picture sent in my GDT package I knew exactly how I wanted to use it,
I also used a  tree mask, pointed die, Winter die, papers, Bingo text and some of the beautiful flowers too, I also used my favourite softboard bricks,

Card two,

Having seen some fabby cards on the internet etc, using some of these 3D stars by folding paper, I wondered if I could use the star mask I also had in my stash and it worked perfectly, the good thing about this is also you have a few sizes to go at, after drawing around one of them I cut it out, then scored from the points to the center, I then creased these with the outer points folded upwards and the inner points downwards, to get the 3D star shape, I then edged the higher ones with walnut stain to highlight the design further,
In my GDT pack I also got this adorable picture, so cute!! I just added a little snowtex to his fur trim, again I used the point die, structure paste and some more of those gorgeous flowers too,

I wish to thank Tracy again, for asking me to be guest for

A Winter's Morning

Hi guys, over at Tando Creative this week we have a tree's theme going on, so still being in a Christmas decoration mood I made this as a center piece for my table,

I took one of the Fir trees set, which is a set of three and stippled some of the Deco art texture sand onto them, this gives a lovely shadowy and textured effect, as it was drying I sprinkled glamour dust (glitter) over them, these sparkle beautifully in real life but as usual it isn't showing on here!!

The firt trees come with their own little stands but i decided to add them onto a mixed media board instead, which i covered unevenly, thicker in some places with Deco Art Modeling paste,
I took some of the adorable mini's Reindeer and painted them with Silver fluid ink and gave the Antlers a coat of stickles, these again sparkle lovely,
I fixed the deer onto the base when dry with some acetate, then added some Finland moss to my scene, I think the deer look like there having a lovely morning run through the woods,

A change from Christmas

Hi guys, I'm back today with another project as guest for Noor Design UK,
I've done a lot of xmas stuff lately and so to have a change I used one of the fabulous card art masks from Tracy's shop to make a Wedding card,

I used some of the gorgeous Happy Holidays paper pad for my car as I loved that it isn't only Christmas it can be used for,
I added some circles to the back with some stickles added for a sparkle glass look and added some of the beautiful flowers and one of the leaves dies too,
Above my flower display is a heart from the hearts paper art collection, with some of the smaller ones around the window,
This I cut out of the car design and added some clear acetate behind then a bride and groom by LOTV which I had in my stash,
For the wheel effect I used some black corrugated card with a hint of structure paste here and there too,
Stickles, Jingle Bells and pearl bead string all from The Ribbon Girl

I wanna build a Snowman

Hi guys, don't know about snow but it's done nothing but pour it sown with rain!!
over at Noor Design UK I have a GDT spot again today so I've made a Winter scene using some of the Dutch Doobadoo goodies and some Joy craft dies,

I used one of the MDF ovals onto which I added some paper from the Happy Holidays paper pack, I used some of the same pack to make the tree using the tree mask and adding a little liquid Applique on the edges,
I made some snow drifts using some water colour paper and adding some of the structure paste on top, this is fab as the peaks stay how you've left them or of course it can be flat,
I coloured one of the latest collection Tildas with my copics, then cut her out and fixed her in front of the Joy crafts Flourishes Garden Fence die, this has this adorable bird box as part of the die and a little bird too but ooppss!! it's hidden behind Tilda,
Close up of Tilda with little snowy and structure paste,
Do check out the fabulous goodies at Tracys shop,
Back next Friday with another GDT project too,
